American Seniors Association Notice of Special Shareholder Meeting

ATLANTA - March 10, 2015 - PRLog -- A Special Shareholder Meeting is being called to order in accordance with Articles of Incorporation of American Seniors Association and Georgia law.

Place, Day and Hour: Atlanta Airport Marriott Gateway Hotel at 2020 Convention Center Concourse in Atlanta Georgia March 23, 2015 at 1:00pm.

Purpose: The purpose is to vote on the Shareholder proposal to decrease the Board of Directors to one member retaining Loretta Higgins as Sole Director and Chief Financial Officer and removing John Higginbothom and Carlos Ryerson.

Other shareholders have nominated 3 directors: Paul Cornell, Carlos Ryerson and Randy Nichols.

To ensure that this notice complies with the law it is being called by 10% of the Shareholders, who designate Loretta Higgins to issue the call for the meeting.

Section 1.4 Notice - Written Notice has been provided by mailing this Notice to all shareholders of record through the US Mail on March 12, 2014 which is more than the ten days required by Section 1.4.

Finally, please note an error occurred in the company’s February 20, 2015 press release in that Ms. Loretta Higgins did not resign her position as Chief Financial Officer of the company.
