New England Design-Build Firm Solidus® Moves to Larger Offices

Financial Industry Construction Company’s Ongoing Expansion Needed More Space

ROCKY HILL, Conn. - March 11, 2015 - PRLog -- Solidus, New England’s leading financial branch construction experts, relocated from their old Rocky Hill, CT offices to a new, much larger space at 1280 Blue Hills Ave., Bloomfield, CT last weekend Friday March 6th. The move signals an impressive growth phase for the company that began as a furniture dealership, but now operates as the leading design-build firm for the New England financial industry.

The company recently hired several new people and built a brand new website featuring a more image-oriented look: http://gosolidus.com/

Solidus President John Charette said, “We’ve been hoping to secure this property for some time. Throughout the extended talks we kept everyone apprised of our progress. I’m delighted with the extra space, which our own interior designers are customizing as we speak.”

The 7,300 sq. ft. office and warehouse space will soon be the subject of a blog post on the company blog, “Ground Up” http://blog.gosolidus.com/, as well as the setting for an all-company meeting later this month. A photographer will be present to record the event and take headshots for the gosolidus.com website’s fast-growing ‘Our Team’ page.

“It’s the latest plot twist in the Solidus story,” John Charette said. “We began life as a store front business in Hartford and now we build banks, credit unions, physicians’ offices and educational facilities. We’ve been growing rapidly for a while, and everyone’s really happy with our new home.”

The modern and spacious headquarters has already incorporated plans including new workstations and other accommodations for future growth.
