At the heart of this investment is the development of a new, purpose built claims management system, expected to launch in Q2 2015. IAnet has partnered with analytical, digital and procedural experts to work hand-in-hand with its team of insurance industry veterans in designing a system that streamlines processes, lowers cycle times and delivers best-in-class insight to its customers. The new portal will improve controls and compliance, enable enhanced analytics and data visualization, support a virtual workforce and allow clients to assign a variety of non-automotive claims to IAnet.

The new claims management system follows the introduction of the industry’s first digital live-chat feature on IAnetwork.net, which launched in 2014. This feature was integrated into IAnet’s current claims management portal in December, and since that time has seen a consistent increase in usage and received rave reviews. The new feature allows IAnet’s customers and partners to contact the company in the manner of their choice – phone, email or live-chat – and receive immediate feedback.

Founded by John Donley in 1999, IAnet has experienced consistent growth throughout its existence.
