Follow on Google News | Free project management world library memberships for residents of IndiaFree access to online global resource for continuous learning related to program and project management offered to those living in India and other low income countries
By: PM World, Inc. According to PM World Library Director David Pells, “We are offering free library access to those in many low income countries. In 2014 we announced free registrations for residents of Nepal and Ukraine, hoping to offer a new resource for project managers in those countries. Now we want to mention the same opportunity for residents of India which is still recognized by the World Bank as a low-income country.” Those living or working in India can register for FREE BASIC ACCESS to the PMWL at http://pmworldlibrary.net/ “We realize that there are many relatively wealthy people in India,” Pells adds. “PM professionals working there employed by both Indian and foreign companies can easily afford PMWL memberships. Nevertheless, we made the decision on launch to offer free memberships to residents of countries identified by the World Bank as low income. We’re sticking with that decision.” Others offered free access to the new PMWL include students, authors of works published in the PM World Journal, and residents of around 80 countries listed as low-income by the World Bank. (See the list of countries for Free Access at http://pmworldlibrary.net/ The PM World Library (PMWL) is a global resource for continuous learning in portfolio, program and project management (P/PM).
