RYDE Brings Transportation Solution to Frontstretch Fest

RYDE’s luxury motorcoaches will shuttle in fans from outlying areas to the inaugural Frontstretch Fest taking place in the infield of the Stoneybrook Steeplechase on Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Carolina Horse Park in Raeford, N.C., from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fans will be able to reserve seats on RYDE’s website for a roundtrip shuttle and take advantage of a “designated driver.”

The success of each shuttle RYDE relies on activating ticketed passengers to utilize social media and word of mouth in spreading the word about the RYDE. The motorcoach must reach a critical mass of passengers – called the crowdtilt – to ensure that the shuttle will reach a passenger threshold that makes the RYDE economically and environmentally viable. Using this crowdsource model helps infuse the RYDE with greater fun and entertainment as like-minded event-goers band together.

In this partnership, RYDE will shuttle fans from cities within a few hours of Raeford, NC and deliver them directly to the Carolina Horse Park for Frontstretch Fest and Stoneybrook Steeplechase. The RYDE will leave the Park at 5:00pm to return fans to their embarking location. The motorcoach rides are usually nonstop, though occasionally one stop on the same route will be combined to ensure a full RYDE and maximize the environmental benefits.
