EMMP LLC Managing Partner, Noël Francine Kepler, has accepted a position with an international public relations firm. As of March 16, 2015, Ms. Kepler will no longer be Managing Partner of EMMP. Hired as a contractor in 2009 by the company’s founder, Dr. Frank Rose, she has been a driving force of EMMP, developing and implementing programs including the Professional Development by EMMP, EMMP’s pro bono collaboration with ProBonoEM, and the company’s community engagement program, which through a partnership with the Brooklyn Borough President’s Office and the Brooklyn Community Foundation, provided technical assistance, readiness training and planning facilitation to Brooklyn’s hardest hit neighborhoods in the wake of Hurricane Sandy.

Ms. Kepler will join EMMP’s Advisory Board through the transition to maintain continuity and ensure that pending and outstanding projects are completed professionally and to contract. The Board is holding strategy sessions with partners and investors and will publish the transition plan in the second quarter of 2015.
