By: TruTac Completed checks are instantly viewable by the transport office to enable real-time and accurate vehicle management. Managers can immediately view the defect reports and take action according to the severity of the defect, to maximise compliance levels. Terry Ramsey, TruTac’s Managing Director states “TruChecks is a key part of our commitment to using technology to make compliance simpler and deliver real cost savings. The options for TruChecks are limitless and future versions are already in development to include accident records and unit handover checklists.” TruTac’s time and attendance system, TruTime, has received a complete makeover is also being re-launched at the Show. TruTime is a HR and clocking system for analysing and managing working time of drivers and employees. TruTime accurately records staff attendance using digital tachograph driver cards or smart cards to clock in and out. TruTime used alongside TruControl records all lead in and lead out activities, providing a complete working time directive solution. The system supports Duty of Care and H & S obligations, including records for absences, training, holidays, personnel and more.
