Bearkery® To Produce Pastries For Know Where Coffee

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - March 7, 2015 - PRLog -- GAINESVILLE, FL – Bearkery^®, a “from-scratch” wholesale bakery in Gainesville, Florida, will be producing pastries for Gainesville's newest specialty coffee shop, Know Where Coffee. The coffee shop, located at 1226 W University Ave, will have their grand opening on March 14^th, 2015.

Bearkery^® currently produces bread for Cheese Daddy (Gainesville), selected desserts and bread for Blue Water Bay (Melrose), as well as providing products direct to consumers through catering, online sales, or via their custom cake line, Dream Day Cakes^®.

Some of the selected pastries Bearkery^® will produce for Know Where Coffee include French Macarons, Pandebono (a Colombian specialty), Candied Bacon Rolls, and Red Velvet cake truffles.
