Robert Gross, Senior Managing Partner at Prarie Capital Advisors to Speak at XPX 2015 Summit

WALTHAM, Mass. - March 6, 2015 - PRLog -- The Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) Boston announces that Robert Gross, Senior Managing Director at Prairie Capital Advisors will be a moderator and speaker at the XPX Boston annual Summit on March 19^th, 2015 at The Conference Center at Waltham Woods.

“The Progression of Succession” is the theme of the 2015 Summit. Well known owners and advisors, such as Gross, will share their practical knowledge and experience on preparing for and successfully executing business succession.  Gross will moderate a “fireside chat” with Charlie Storey and Warren Dibble, President and Vice President/CFO, respectively of Harpoon Brewery.  Storey and Dibble will talk about “Challenges and opportunities of an ESOP, the right choice for Harpoon Beer. “  Other topics at this year’s Summit include growth capital, ESOP’s, internal ownership transition, management and leadership succession and sale. The Summit will run from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with a reception afterwards.
