Mr. Jones is a senior level commercial property management professional with more than 30 years of experience working in several major US markets, including Atlanta, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and South Florida.

His focus with LandQwest Commercial/Property Management will be business development in the Tampa and Orlando markets, as well as shared supervision of the property management operation including the established SW Florida portfolio.

Mike is a strategic thinker and an energetic leader.  He has worked with institutional clients such as JP Morgan, Equus Capital Partners, TA Realty, Brookwood Partners, Northwestern Mutual, DIHC, AEW, Allstate, and MetLife.  Mike’s experience with a variety of property types and ownership arrangements have allowed for unique perspective and knowledge for creating value in commercial properties.

Areas of exceptional expertise include; detailed financial analysis, hidden value identification, leadership, best practices implementation, business development, property transfer due diligence, performance audits, personal skills/client relations, and team building.

Mike graduated from the University of Georgia where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration/Real Estate degree. He held a Georgia Real Estate Broker’s license for more than 19 years, and held licenses in Georgia for more than 10 years to sell Insurance, Variable Life Insurance, and Series 6 Securities.
