The new steam generator is ideal for multiple industries from healthcare to hospitality to car washes and large commercial kitchens.  Utilizing moisture levels as low as 15%, the Lit’le Steam Bruiser cuts water use drastically.  The unit is available in multiple voltage configurations and heats up in a scant 10 minutes.  Steam pressure is 80-100 p.s.i. and the temperature at the tip is 212°F- that magic degree where water converts to steam and produces incredible cleaning and sanitizing power.
