The Walla Walla Clinic Chooses PatientTrak

The Walla Walla Clinic, a full service healthcare provider in Washington State has chosen PatientTrak for patient sign-in and tracking.  Walla Walla is also using the PatientTrak Kiosk solution to assess patients and allow them to easily check-in for healthcare services.  Staff uses the system to monitor the waiting area and display patient status information.

Once signed in, patients can be seated knowing that the staff is aware of their arrival and will be with them shortly.  The facility is also utilizing the built-in PatientTrak custom reporting to improve staff efficiency and patient satisfaction while reducing patient wait times.
