Perturbia is a hardcore, old school, puzzle based game, with a story that fits into the psychological horror genre.Clicking on the image above, you can download the beta build. This beta, even when tested and polished, represents only a small part of the game and is missing some features that will be there for the final build. The environments and storytelling will be improved as well as the in-game animations, which in this beta lack detail.

Introduction to Perturbia

Perturbia is an interactive experience evolved into a 3D video game with excellent graphic quality. It raises the bar on the level of difficulty in comparison with other first person horror games, drawing the player into a story that fits perfectly the psycho-thriller genre. As a survival horror game, it makes the player struggle against a hostile environment with few resources at hand, having to resolve logic-based puzzles.

Intended to catch attention not only from a challenging point of view but, most importantly, because of the twist of its plot, Peturbia promises a surprising ending. The story has been created and supervised by a team of expert psychologistsPerturbia sets itself apart from the modern survival horror games by offering a higher level of difficulty, reminding us of the old-school video games in which moving to the next level wasn't easy, causing anxiety and stress. This type of 'oldie' experience is something that some of us really miss - old-school games were not only frustrating but rewarding.

It will be 100% free of DRM or any kind copy protection. You will always have access to a standalone installer of the game that doesn’t require any sort of software client or online activation. Just download, and install.When Josh entered that old building in the middle of nowhere, he simply couldn't imagine that he was stepping into the most unsettling experience of his whole life. When the doors closed after him, he felt as if he was walking a path straight to hell... That feeling, unfortunately, wasn't far from the truth...

The elevator, that was carrying him to the fourth floor, suddenly stopped at the moment the lights turned off —everything became disturbing in a blink of an eye. He decided to forget the reason that motivated his visit to the fourth floor and began to look for an exit... an emergency door, an escape. But nothing popped up. No luck. What horrors could be awaiting him in there? Better not to know...Unlike most modern games, Perturbia proposes a challenge more difficult to achieve but the rewards will measure up. We believe that many players are still looking forward to playing those old-school games that demanded great effort and even frustration to be beaten, but offering satisfaction in exchange.
