COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho - March 4, 2015 - PRLog -- SBSA, Inc. announced that Dana Mohr, JD, MS RECM, CPCM, CPI, has been certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).  Mohr, who holds a Master of Science in real estate and construction management, and a Juris Doctorate in law, with more than ten years practical experience in real estate and construction, offers a breadth of experience, and depth of knowledge uncommon in the home inspection sector.

InterNACHI certified home inspection services, which are now available through SBSA, Inc. in northern Idaho, and western Montana (Missoula), and are coming soon to eastern Washington (Spokane), are a natural complement to the existing range of engineering and forensic engineering services offered by this Golden, Colorado based firm, which provides world-class engineering solutions for the real estate, insurance, property, design, and construction industries across 25 states.

Formed in 2010, by renowned forensic engineer Edward Fronapfel, MSCE, PE, CBIE, CFCC, EDI, CBCP SBSA, Inc. (Solutions Before, Solutions After) marshals the combined experience of thirty experts, to provide honest, consistent analyses and supportable solutions for property, design, construction, and related litigation.  In early 2014, Dana Mohr, SBSA’s corporate counsel and operations manager, opened their Idaho field office at 3731 N.
