Sell Kindle Ebooks: Write Bestselling Genre Fiction & Nonfiction FAST
GORDON, Australia - March 3, 2015 - PRLog -- The publishing industry has changed forever. Previously authors struggled to land publishing contracts. It usually took a year or two for an author's book to be acquired, and published.

In a recent blog post, author and writing teacher Angela Booth suggested to authors that with self-publishing now mainstream, their potential is unlimited. They no longer need a publisher; they can act as their own publisher.

To help writers to see themselves as publishers, Angela has created "Sell Kindle Ebooks: Write Bestselling Genre Fiction & Nonfiction FAST"  -- a complete collection of Kindle publishing guides.

The collection includes two programs on genre fiction, and a program on nonfiction, as well as a program on creating an author's platform.

Angela says: "When my students ask me what they should write, I recommend that they write nonfiction as well as fiction. A regular publishing program ensures that an author remains visible on Amazon. An authors' sole challenge is to build a readership."

Many authors already see themselves as publishers. They strive to build their catalogue on Amazon. This may mean collaborating with other authors, by creating bundles, which are priced to sell. These bundles are marketing exercises, and many authors use them well. However, the fad for free, or very low-priced bundles, may be at an end.

It may also mean cross-promotion with other authors. Cross-promotion among authors is very popular.

Other authors are joining together to form their own publishing cooperatives.

When she's coaching students, Angela encourages them to publish as often as they can, so that they can take advantage of Amazon's algorithm. Angela says: "While Amazon's algorithm is as much a mystery as Google's, one thing's clear: savvy authors trigger benefits when they publish on a schedule."
