Women’s Conference to Emphasize Personal Healing, Economic Empowerment

PINE MOUNTAIN, Ga. - March 3, 2015 - PRLog -- A new conference aimed at women of all backgrounds and professions hopes to empower women and help them find healing and balance in their personal and professional lives.

The first annual Soul Healing Conference will be held Sept. 25 through 27 at Callaway Gardens (http://www.callawaygardens.com/), located at 17800 U.S. 27 in Pine Mountain. The conference, which begins at 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 25, will focus on both personal and business themes and will emphasize empowerment, success, healing and education.

The mission of the Soul Healing Conference is to create opportunities for women to uncover their unique purpose and power. The conference provides a dynamic environment for participants to engage through education, empowerment and networking opportunities.

All proceeds raised from the conference will be donated to the hosting nonprofit, the N.S. Weaver Restoration House & Outreach Mission.

Keynote speakers and break-out sessions

The event’s keynote speakers include veteran TV host, entrepreneur and leader Kim Gravel, "People Development Expert" Maria Higgins and successful business executive and entrepreneur Dr. Monikah Ogando. Break-out sessions will be given by other notable leaders, authors and entrepreneurs, including Ellen Baker, Dr. M. Sebrena Jackson, Althea Lawton-Thompson, Dr. Lepora Menefee, Pastor Julius L. Miles and Mernice Oliver.

Sessions will be provided on personal subjects including self-image, trust issues, value, vices, financial health, transparency, interdependency and leaving a legacy and business topics including fundamentals in business, being successful, branding and marketing, value in the workplace, network/net worth and entrepreneurship.
