"The Future Of US-Cuba Economic Relations"

March 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Stamford, CT –Ted Henken, PhD, will speak at the World Affairs Forum on March 18 at the Ernest A. DiMattia, Jr. Main Library (Ferguson Library), Third Floor Auditorium in Stamford on “The Future of US-Cuba Economic Relations: Obama Has Opened The Door, But Is Raul Castro Willing To Enter?”. The program will begin at 5:45 P.M. with networking and refreshments, followed by the presentation at 6:15. The program will conclude at 7:30 P.M.

Professor Henken is currently Associate Professor of Sociology and Latin American Studies at CUNY Baruch. He is also an accomplished author, his latest book “Entrepreneurial Cuba: The Changing Policy Landscape (https://www.rienner.com/title/Entrepreneurial_Cuba_The_Changing_Policy_Landscape)”, co-authored with the eminent Canadian economist Archibald R.M. Ritter (http://www.carleton.ca/economics/people/ritter-archibald-rm/), was published in January 2015. Henken is also the author of the blog, "El Yuma".
