Five Active Risk customers scoop top honours at IRM Global Risk Awards 2015

March 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Maidenhead, UK. 3 March  2015 –  Sword Active Risk, a supplier of specialist risk management software and services, has congratulated five of its customers including Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and ENEC, both winners at the recent IRM Global Risk Awards 2015. Clients Network Rail, OMV Petrom and Horizon Nuclear were also presented with top awards at the event, known as the Oscars of the risk industry. Over 400 risk professionals representing twenty countries attended the ceremony, held this year at the Hilton Hotel in London’s Park Lane on 18 February 2015 and hosted by British actress Joanna Lumley.

Judged by a panel of academics and specialists from across the world, the Awards represent the pinnacle of achievement for risk professionals, teams and organizations.

Awarded ‘Risk Management Professional of the Year’, Eur. Ing. Amair Saleem, Director of Safety, Risk, Regulation and Planning Department for Dubai Roads and Transport Authority said; “Risk management underpins our entire business, from strategic decision making through to daily operations and governance.
