Helen O'Hanlan was also honored with a coveted Triumph of Spirit Award for maintaining excellent leadership and guest service at Courtyard Chicago-Bloomingdale. Two of PHR's Residence Inn hotels were recognized with Silver Circle Awards for being in the top 20% of the brand for overall guest satisfaction scores: Residence Inn Fort Smith, led by Thomas Forthofer, GM and Residence Inn West Palm Beach, led by Dan Patino, GM. TownePlace Suites El Centro, led by Jimena Ainza, GM was recognized with a Silver Circle Award for being in the top 20% of the brand. In addition, Residence Inn Arlington South, led by Scott Perlmutter, GM received a Gold Circle Award for being in the top 10% of the brand for overall guest satisfaction in 2013.
