Stratford Land Names Brady Redwine Investment Manager for Central and South Texas

ROWLETT, Texas - March 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Brady Redwine was recently named the investment manager for Central and South Texas for Stratford Land (http://www.stratfordland.com/), a Dallas-based company that focuses on acquiring land in high-growth corridors. In this role, Redwine will have responsibility for Stratford’s current diversified portfolio of properties in the region and also will actively identify and source new investment opportunities within the core markets of Central and South Texas.

Redwine first joined Stratford in 2013 as an asset manager overseeing the company’s East Coast portfolio as well as several assets in Texas. In this role, he successfully raised the performance and value of Stratford’s portfolio of real estate assets in these areas which included both commercial and residential properties.

Redwine has more than 12 years of real estate experience in underwriting, investing, lending and brokerage.Prior to joining Stratford, Redwine spent time with a national boutique brokerage firm specializing in site selection analytics and brokerage.  There he assisted public companies with strategic planning related to their office & industrial assets. He also brings experience in private land loan syndications, multifamily investments and operations, and environmental real estate consulting.
