Local Businesses Join Forces To Organise Tasty Event

BERKHAMSTED, U.K. - March 2, 2015 - PRLog -- Toby and Sarah Murray, proprietors of the Tring Farm Shop, Beechwood Fine Foods, will be joining forces later this month with Andy Batchelor, Landlord of The Greyhound Pub in Wiggington and Toby Chiles of SH Jones Wine Merchants, to co-host a cheese and wine tasting, at the pub, followed by a sumptuous meal, on Thursday 19 March.

Attendees at the event will be able to enjoy six Italian wines to taste, and eight cheeses, consisting of four Italian and four British equivalents, as a comparison.  SH Jones will be supplying the wine, as existing wine merchants to The Greyhound, and Beechwood Fine Foods are the principal cheese supplier.  Toby has a long history with cheese of all types and flavours, having participated as Judge at the World Cheese Awards, no less than four times, held each year in conjunction with the BBC Good Food Show.

The ticket price of the evening is £22.50 per person and a deposit of £5 is payable at the time of booking with the balance payable on the evening. The evening will start at 7pm and bookings can be made directly with The Greyhound Pub.
