MOUNTAINSIDE, N.J. - Feb. 25, 2015 - PRLog -- Locally owned 3DPrintClean announced today, development of the 3DPrintClean enclosure, a system that protects users from the unpleasant and harmful odors and emissions generated by 3D Printers. 3D Printers operating in enclosed spaces like homes and offices produce dangerous concentrations of Ultrafine Particles and other emissions. These emissions can cause runny noses, scratchy throats, and long-term health problems. See - “Ultrafine particle emissions from desktop 3D printers” from ScienceDirect.com - http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1352231013005086

It’s a simple solution to a not so simple problem, Ultrafine Particles are very difficult to capture, HEPA filters are limited to capturing a small percentage, and carbon filters only suppress the odor. The only way to reduce the level of Ultrafine Particles is to repeatedly scrub the contaminated air, reducing the level with each pass until the total concentration has been reduced to safe levels.

We noticed the trend and are responding with our Patent Pending 3DPrintClean enclosure system, the only enclosure that reduces the concentration of Ultrafine Particles to safe levels.

Beyond the health benefits, the 3DPrintClean enclosure reduces 3D Printer noise and improves print quality by reducing warping, curling and cracking.
