Shermco Executives to Power-Up Attendees of PowerTest

DALLAS - Feb. 25, 2015 - PRLog -- NASHVILLE – Shermco Industries executives will contribute to the powerful lineup at PowerTest 2015 Electrical Maintenance & Safety Conference to be held in the Renaissance Nashville Hotel, Mar. 2 – 6. The company’s management team and experts will provide the following training for the conference’s educational tracks.

Monday, 3/2:

·         9:30 – 10:15 a.m. – Electrical Safety Track - Jim White will present The Impact of Electrical Safety to Maintenance: NFPA 70B and CSA Z463.

·         10:30 – 11:15 a.m. – Electrical Commissioning Track - Ron Widup, Shermco CEO, along with Lome Gara of Orbis Engineering Ltd, will present Understanding and Implementing the ANSI/NETA ECS-2015 Standard for Electrical Commissioning Specification.

·         11:30 – 12:15 p.m. – Electrical Safety Track – Jim White will deliver What’s In Your Wallet? Or What Won’t Be Left In Your Wallet.

·         2:15 - 3:00 p.m. - Electrical Safety Track – Jim White will present Changes to OSHA’s .269 and 1926 Regulations.

Tuesday, 3/3:

·         8 - 9:45 a.m. – Session I - Tom Sandri will moderate the Testing Methodologies Panel.

·         8 - 9:45 a.m. – Session I – Jim White will moderate the Electrical Safety Panel.

·         10:15 – 12 p.m. – Session II - Tom Sandri will moderate the Testing Methodologies Panel.

·         10:15 – 12 p.m. – Session II – Jim White will moderate the Electrical Safety Panel.

Wednesday, 3/4:

·         1:15 – 5 p.m. – Tom Sandri will present a seminar entitled Acceptance & Maintenance Testing for Medium-Voltage Electrical Power Cables: Technology Developments Over the Past 20 Years.
Thursday, 3/5:

·         8 – 11:45 a.m. – Ron Widup will conduct Assistant Electrical Testing Technician – Level II Study Session.
·         1:15 – 5 p.m. – Ron Widup will present Certified and Certified Senior Electrical Testing Technician – Level III and IV Study Session.
