New gamified approach set to revolutionise SME IT support in Birmingham and beyond

Every month Kimbley IT’s customers will be asked to submit their best ideas for improving computer services within the business. A team led by Kimbley IT will then consider each suggestion and will implement it shortly afterwards.

“The people at the coal face are usually the same people best placed to spot instances where IT is letting them down,” said Kimbley IT director James Kimbley, “More importantly they can often suggest how IT could be improved. Why wouldn’t you ask for their feedback regularly?”

However changing business needs and technology developments means that there are always new challenges to be addressed. For this reason end users are actively encouraged to come up with new ideas every month.
