Shenzhen Power Batteries Co Ltd, Extraordinary General Meeting - Update 25th February 2015

Feb. 25, 2015 - PRLog -- In our last press release we were happy to confirm that we were in communication with several foreign and domestic financial institutions as we dealt with our listing process.

At the outset our intentions were very specific, SPB were looking to keep our focus and technology within Mainland China and look to benefit from the huge increase in mobile users and the flow of technology available to them due to China being one of the largest mobile phone markets in the world.

Since the beginning of the year we have seen a significant rise in interest for our technology from several firms from within China and now more recently from abroad. This has led to several design awards and partnerships with technology peers.

Currently, Shenzhen Power Batteries can confirm that it is negotiations with a financial institution who has  submitted an official Letter of Intent which has led to an Extraordinary General Meeting being held on the 11th March 2015.
