ProEx Physical Therapy promotes Kayla Thornton to Benefits Specialist/Front Desk Trainer

SOMERSWORTH, N.H. - Feb. 24, 2015 - PRLog -- ProEx, a physical therapist owned private practice specializing in orthopedics, spine and sports medicine announces that Kayla Thornton of Dover, New Hampshire has been promoted to Benefits Specialist and Front Desk Trainer at the Somersworth location.

In this dual role, she is responsible for verifying insurance information, tracking referrals and authorizations in addition to training all staff in the role of Front Desk Specialist, company wide.

Thornton has been with ProEx for two years; prior to her recent promotion she was a Front Desk Specialist. Previously she was a Lead Care Facilitator at a family health center.

Thornton, who received a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Plymouth State University, lives in her hometown of Dover, NH.
