Arxis Technology Invests In Growth By Hiring 6 New Employees

SIMI VALLEY, Calif. - Feb. 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Arxis Technology, Inc., a technology consulting firm specializing in the sale, installation and support of Intacct Cloud Financials, Adaptive Insights, Sage 100 ERP (formerly MAS 90), Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac), Sage 500 ERP (formerly MAS 500), and SageCRM, recently added six new employees in support of continued growth. Four Consultants were added to the Implementations Team, and two employees joined the Marketing and Sales Team.

Their addition allows us to reach more businesses and help solve their crucial ERP and financial software concerns,” said David Cieslak, CPA, CITP, and Arxis principal.

Arxis added four new Consultants to guide clients through software rollouts. New Consultant Kevin Curren will be providing implementation and development support for Sage 500 ERP projects. Curren will be ensuring the needs of the business, technology and the user are balanced and accounted for. “I’m excited about being with Arxis,” Curren said. “I appreciate the ‘ah-ha’ moment when clients see the benefit we’ve created for them. When the light goes on, I know I’ve done my job. And that’s truly rewarding.” Curren was recently Intacct certified and holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business. He brings 18 years of corporate finance experience along with more than 15 years of consulting experience to Arxis.

New Consultant Rafael Mestre will be focused on ERP implementations in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain industries bringing to bear his 20 plus years of experience. “I’m looking forward to bridging the needs of manufacturing and how ERP plays a role in helping,” Mestre said. Mestre brings a unique knowledge of financial management concerns having previously managed retirement plans in several states.

Consultant Debbie Norton joins the Implementations Team and will focus on helping clients use Intacct to solve their accounting concerns. Norton recently graduated with honors with a degree in Accounting from California State University Northridge and is now a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. “I come from a family of accountants, so I’m really looking forward to using my accounting background in a unique way to help businesses make the most of their Intacct implementations,” Norton said.

Also focused on Intacct projects will be Consultant Shannon Santistevan. Santistevan brings a wealth of accounting knowledge and experience in the SaaS and Professional Services fields as a Controller. Her comprehensive knowledge of process analysis, design, implementation and training, contributes to her unique ability to adapt her approach to her audience when working with clients. “I understand all dimensions of business process:  from the 30,000-foot view of strategic concepts, down to the functional details and cultural changes that need to be considered as we work together to increase efficiencies for our clients,” Santistevan said.

Joining the Marketing and Sales Team is Business Development Manager Jenny Johnson. Her extensive networking and event planning expertise will help Arxis establish new client and strategic relationships by managing trade shows, as well as working with prospective clients to help understand their needs to ensure a solution that fits. “My favorite part of working at Arxis is helping to solve our clients’ issues and contributing to their potential growth by offering them cutting-edge solutions and services that they ultimately love,” Johnson said.

For the first time in many years, Arxis has hired a dedicated Marketing Manager. Christina Serian will focus on extending Arxis’ marketing reach and finding creative ways to engage with new prospects and partners. Serian specializes in online marketing and is a passionate advocate of great customer interactions with the Web and digital content. “Arxis really wows clients.
