Bluespring Incorporates Lean, BPMN & ITIL Frameworks into ProcessView

CINCINNATI - Feb. 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Cincinnati, OH- Bluespring is excited to announce the addition of prominent business analysis frameworks and reports into the newest version of its Microsoft Visio based product - ProcessView 2.3.  ProcessView is a revolutionary Visio tool that assists Lean practitioners and business consultants by intelligently layering data into their process flows to produce meaningful analysis focused on time, cost, and resources that drive a definitive ROI for any project.

ProcessView 2.3 includes the addition of new templates and shape stencils to simplify and jump start modeling of Process flowcharts, Lean Value Stream maps, BPMN diagrams, and ITIL drawings.  These templates and stencils allow users to choose their framework, draw and configure activities with pre-defined data elements, and run a myriad of various reports in order to identify bottlenecks and validate the process, cost and throughput.

Specifically for Lean Practitioners, key functionality found in our popular LeanView product has been incorporated into ProcessView.  ProcessView now includes our Lean Analysis Report which compares time to elapsed time, summarizes the amount of time and cost classified as value | non-value added. It also identifies where waste is present and provides a Pareto analysis to identify performance drivers.
