Sunrise Chevrolet Wins Inaugural 2015 DealerRater Customer Satisfaction Award

GLENDALE HEIGHTS, Ill. - Feb. 23, 2015 - PRLog -- Sunrise Chevrolet in Glendale Heights, IL has been named a recipient of an inaugural 2015 DealerRater Customer Satisfaction Award. The award has been given to only a select number of dealerships in the U.S. and Canada. Actual customer reviews were used to identify the dealerships that provide the highest and most enduring commitment to customer satisfaction.

DealerRater is a popular website that allows car buyers to post and read reviews about their experiences at car dealerships across the country. The site is meant to serve as a comprehensive resource to help automotive consumers find the best service, selection, and overall customer commitment available in their area. This is the first year the site has awarded customer satisfaction awards, but they have a long history of awarding the Dealership of the Year.

In order to be eligible for a Customer Satisfaction Award, Sunrise Chevrolet had to rank in the top 10% of all dealerships on DealerRater based on PowerScore—a ranking based on the number and quality of customer reviews. They also needed to be rated at least 25 times over the course of 2014 with an average rating of at least 4.0 out of 5.0 stars. By meeting these criteria, Sunrise Chevrolet is also eligible for the Dealership of the Year Award.
