Manchester Attorney Appointed to Supreme Court Advisory Committee by Governor Hassan

 
MANCHESTER, N.H. - Feb. 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Attorney Maureen Raiche Manning has been appointed to the Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Rules by Governor Maggie Hassan. The Committee receives and considers suggestions for changes to the rules governing the state courts. The Committee, which is comprised of 16 members, meets quarterly and holds at least one public hearing on proposed rules changes.

Attorney Manning is a former three-term member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives where she served on the Judiciary Committee. She was appointed by Governor Jeanne Shaheen to serve as a Commissioner on the New Hampshire Human Rights Commission from 1997 to 2004, and is a board member and past-president of the New Hampshire Association for Justice. In addition to the Advisory Committee on Court Rules, Attorney Manning serves on the Compensation Appeals Advisory Board.
