March 2015 Events At Six Bends™

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Feb. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Live performances throughout March will make Six Bends a top destination to enjoy local musicians for families and friends alike, while locals can enjoy sharing hidden treasures on-site.

The First Annual Six Bends Harley-Davidson Swap Meet will take place on both Feb. 28 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Mar. 1 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in front of the dealership. For just $20 per day (or $30 for both), participants can reserve a 10 by 10 foot space and sell their previously used Harley gear. Participants should plan to bring tables, chairs, blankets, or other items for their display. To make a reservation, call Hospitality at (239) 275-4647.

A live performance by ZZ-Top tribute band Trezz Hombres will start March off with a bang (and a killer light show). Performing at the first Sundays at The Pit of the month, the community is invited to enjoy food vendors and beverages throughout the show. Sundays at The Pit will be held every week from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., featuring also rock group Remedy (Mar. 8), country artist Wendal Ray (Mar. 15), blues-rock group Blues Fury (Mar. 22), and local rock group Soapy Tuna (Mar. 29) throughout the month. With no entry fee required, Sundays at The Pit is perfect for a weekly family outing that won’t break the bank.

In addition to the events above, Six Bends will continue to host a weekly Sunset Car Cruise-In every Friday of the month from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to cruise into Six Bends to show off their car and enjoy music by The Sound Machine, along with an array of food vendors and beverage options.
