RentApprove.org Revolutionizes the Renting Industry by Offering New Certification Program

ATLANTA - Feb. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- RentApprove.org has changed the way that people rent apartments and houses by creating a new certification program for landlords and property managers. The program, called "RA Certification", issues annual certificates to those properties that go through a third-party inspection and pass the review process, which involves safety and maintenance analysis.

With the RA Certification, property managers/owners will have the ability to demonstrate that a property is safe and sound upon move-in, which will reassure the potential tenants and help bring forth transparency for a more successful tenant/landlord partnership.
