Free “Mindful Forgiveness” Class at Conejo & Miller YMCAs

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. - Feb. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- The Conejo Valley YMCA and Miller Family YMCA of Newbury Park are offering a free class, “Mindful Forgiveness,” that will help participants learn the value of forgiving ourselves and others. The class will be held Wednesday, March 4 at the Miller YMCA and Thursday, March 5 at the Conejo YMCA. Class hours are 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for both.

         Leading the sessions is Lindsay Leimbach who has over 23 years of experience teaching classes on mindful, active awareness and integrity before schools, groups and businesses. She is also an executive board member of the Southeast Ventura County YMCA. “We will discuss the power of forgiveness, why and how we should forgive and how we can move on even after others have hurt us or we have hurt ourselves,” says Leimbach.
