ANAHEIM, Calif. - Feb. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates – North San Diego County Completes $1.67 Million  Sublease on Behalf of Discount Dance Supply

ANAHEIM, Calif.--February 19, 2015—Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, has completed a 53-month sublease for a 55,830-square-foot flex space located at 5065 East Hunter Avenue in Anaheim, California. The value of the lease is approximately $1,667,619.

David Howard of Lee & Associates – North San Diego County and Ian Fewel of Lee & Associates – Orange represented the sublessor, Discount Dance Supply, the largest online retailer in the world for dance apparel and accessories. Chris Migliori of Daum Commercial – Newport Beach represented the sublessee, Coeste Design, a firm which specializes in the custom design and construction of exhibitor booths.

Brian Hill, President of Discount Dance Supply, stated, “With a new facility in Pennsylvania, this building created excess space for us. I want to thank all parties involved for their hard work and dedication to get this project done in a timely fashion.”
