New Logistics Service Director at H2O GmbH

STEINEN, Germany - Feb. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- Steinen. "I want to achieve the best results for our customers even faster". This is the ambitious goal that Michael Waid, the new operative logistics service director at H2O GmbH, has included on his list of objectives. Apart from monitoring customer satisfaction, this role will see the 39-year-old assume responsibility for intra-departmental coordination activities, process optimization, maintenance processing, warranty service, customs and exports.
The business administration graduate has 13 years of experience in operative sales, two and a half of which as deputy team leader, before moving to H2O GmbH in September 2014. An enthusiastic tennis player, he is looking forward to engaging with many new challenges, but even more to working with his team. "My objective is for all process sequences to function seamlessly with one another, enabling us to quickly respond to our customers including in key future markets such as China."
