Spring Entertaining: Easter, Passover and Beyond

BOSTON - Feb. 18, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT: With the spring season quickly approaching, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) is offering a culinary class to help prepare students for all of their spring entertaining.

On March 25th, 2015 Chef Richard Chudy and Chef Katie Barszcz will lead “Spring Entertaining: Easter, Passover and Beyond,” where they’ll show students the essentials to hosting unforgettable Easter and Passover celebrations. The class will highlight the culinary traditions of both holidays as well as modern, creative ways to incorporate these traditions into a delectable spring menu.
