Modernization and Upgrades In Process for National Business Parks’ 101 College Road East

PRINCETON, N.J. - Feb. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- As one of twelve Class-A office and laboratory buildings located at College Park at Princeton Forrestal Center, 101 College Road East, managed by National Business Parks, is currently under renovation to complete a modernization and upgrade throughout the common areas within the building.  These renovations are due for completion at the end of the first quarter of this year.

Originally constructed in 1979, the building has gone through several renovations since first opening for lease.  The current upgrades are to include new lighting, flooring and wall covering in the lobby and restrooms, as well as upgrades to the elevator cab interiors. These renovations will provide existing and new tenants of 101 College Road East with a fresh, new, modern feel in all of the common area spaces throughout the building.

The company will continue to focus on securing lease agreements for its Class-A office space on the second and third floor of 2 Research Way, and up to 30,000 contiguous square feet on the third floor in 4 Research Way. In addition, state-of-the-art laboratory space at 305 College Road East is available immediately.
