AIP announces the hire of Adam Flomen, Vice President, Originations

TORONTO - Feb. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- AIP Private Capital (“AIP”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Adam Flomen as the new Vice President, Originations.  In this new role, Adam will lead the growth of the private debt portfolio by providing secured financing solutions for small and emerging growth companies.  AIP’s private debt solutions provides alternatives to the financing options offered by traditional lenders.  Lending proceeds are used by companies to address short-term needs such as restructuring existing debt, providing working capital for growth, supporting inventory purchases and financing expenditures and acquisitions/buyouts.

Adam has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry and has held progressively senior positions at Canada and U.S. based commercial finance firms and asset based lenders including Accord Financial Inc., PNC Business Credit and Wachovia Bank Corp.  Adam obtained his C.A. designation in 1995 and an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto in 1993.
