NAI Robert Lynn Hires New Managing Partner of Industrial Leasing, Adding 4.9 Million SF to Portfolio

DALLAS - Feb. 17, 2015 - PRLog -- The NAI Robert Lynn Industrial Division (http://www.robertlynn.com/services/industrial) recently hired industry veteran John Leinbaugh as a managing partner of industrial leasing. Leinbaugh brings to Robert Lynn a portfolio totaling nearly 5 million square feet of Class “A” industrial space, which he’ll be responsible for.

With more than 30 years of experience in the industry, Leinbaugh has worked on the sale of land and commercial buildings, tenant representation, landlord representation, marketing and leasing of office and industrial properties and assisting in the design and development of commercial properties. Prior to joining NAI Robert Lynn, Leinbaugh spent 20 years working with Industrial Developments International (IDI) and served most recently as the vice president of leasing.

Leinbaugh has leased more than 14 million square feet of industrial properties and has been consistently recognized as a “Heavy Hitter” by the Dallas Business Journal. He is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).

He holds a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from Buena Vista University in Storm Lake, Iowa. He has held numerous volunteer positions with his church and with Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas, in positions ranging from chairing fundraising committees to his current role as a member of the Board of Trustees.
