DURHAM, N.C. - Feb. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Weejee Learning, a global provider of custom, interactive and fun e-learning solutions, is proud to announce the hires of Jim Farrell as director of technology services, Annessa Fike as talent acquisition director, Kelly Prince as design lead and April Barnum as PMO manager. All four bring years of valuable experience to the team as part of an aggressive growth plan for Weejee, further establishing the North Carolina-based company as a worldwide industry leader.

“These impressive new team members are strategic additions that help position Weejee for strong, smart expansion,” said Ian Huckabee, CEO of Weejee. “They offer decades of proven success, unique perspective and a passion for learning and training that support Weejee’s ongoing commitment to innovative, impactful work on behalf of our clients.”

Weejee’s new hires include:

·         Jim Farrell, director of technology services, comes to Weejee with over 20 years in the world of learning. He most recently served as the product manager for an assessment management company Questionmark Corporation, and previously worked as an instructional designer and learning technologist for both the U.S. Government and the U.S. Department of Defense, as well as various private corporations. At Weejee, Farrell is leveraging his experience to lead product management on key technology initiatives.

·         Anessa Fike, talent acquisition director, is responsible for recruiting and onboarding the highest talent employees, putting into play an effective search and selection strategy. Fike successfully owned and lead a recruiting agency prior to joining the Weejee team, and previously served as global recruiting director for The Motley Fool. Fike’s role is a huge asset to Weejee and an important part of the growth strategy as it continues to aggressively expand its staff size.

·         Kelly Prince, design lead, is responsible for overseeing a team of instructional and graphic designers to create e-learning solutions that are fun and engaging for clients. With more than 15 years developing world-class learning programs and leading training teams, Price will help Weejee continue to drive results-based curriculums and media-rich learning programs.

Barnum brings more than 18 year of experience to the Weejee team as a learning consultant, project manager and instructional designer.

It was also recently awarded U.S. General Services Administration vendor approval proving superior financial stability, capabilities and past performance throughout the thorough review process. Weejee is now pre-authorized to provide its transformative e-learning solutions to federal government entities and, as such, created a new GSA division to manage the increase in government projects.
