Matthew Greenberg Joins Fountainhead Commercial Capital as General Counsel

MAITLAND, Fla. - Feb. 16, 2015 - PRLog -- Fountainhead Commercial Capital, a nationwide lender focused on financing owner-occupied commercial real estate with the SBA 504 loan program, today announced that Matthew Greenberg has joined the company as general counsel.  Greenberg will manage all of the company’s legal affairs and conduct loan closings.

Prior to joining Fountainhead, Greenberg was an associate attorney with Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A. in Orlando where he practiced in the areas of general litigation, insurance and premises liability.

Greenberg is a graduate of Washington University School of Law in St. Louis and earned his undergraduate degree in business administration at the University of Florida.  He currently serves on the board of advisors for the YMCA in Oviedo, Florida.
