induct.me, an online induction software tool, has launched with the aim of providing companies with an easy-to-use system for the quick and efficient induction of new and existing personnel and contractors.

induct.me forms a new part of SeaRoc Group (http://www.searoc.com/), which has successfully developed the offshore renewable industry’s leading marine management software, SeaPlanner. (http://www.seaplanner.com/)

Having observed how time-consuming and admin heavy the induction process was for their clients and within their own business, SeaRoc put induct.me into development, with the main aim of saving businesses time and money and reducing risk.

The web based software allows companies to take full control of their inductions by creating their own personalised induction process, ensuring new personnel and contractors are fully inducted before their arrival on site. Personnel can submit personal details, upload all mandatory certification, watch site induction videos and answer site induction Q&A’s.
