"New Xtreme Sounds" Television Signs 2 Year Extension with FOX19/Bounce TV Cable Newtwork

CINCINNATI - Feb. 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Cincinnati based Music and Entertainment TV show "New Xtreme Sounds" signed a 2 year contract extension with the FOX19/Bounce TV cable network. The popluar show is closing in on 200 episodes with Bounce TV and has grown to one of the most watched programs in the metropolitan Cincinnati area. Though the show is approching 200 episodes with FOX19/Bounce TV, "NXSTV" has enjoyed 15 years of consistent growth starting on public access, then being picked up by the UPN/WKRP network, now airing on Bounce TV to 1,000,000 weekly viewers in over 500,000 households.

At the core of its success is a seasoned crew of on air talent, producers, and a television brand that has lasted 15 years in the region. Over the years of its production "New Xtreme Sounds" has mastered a mix of local/regional events while regularly having some of the biggest names in music and movies as guest on the show. Due to their commitment to community and quality programming, ex Cincinnati Mayor Charlie Luken and Mayor Mark Mallory have issued standing proclaimations making March 25 "NXSTV Day" in Cincinnati. Each year Executive Producer John House and the NXSTV staff throw a huge televised concert and party in celebration of this accomplishment.

"New Xtreme Sounds" has also strengthened their advertising clout in the region, along with strong ties to local business owners the show picked up retail giant Macy's as a long term advertising partner through 2016. Producers of the show are negotiating expansion plans for Dayton, Lousiville, Columbus, Cleveland in 2015, and national syndication plans by 2017. The show currently airs every Saturday night 7pm, re-airs 3-5 times weekly, on Demand, and on the TV show's official website. The show's founder and producer John House got his start as a Graphic Arts Designer at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh. He then worked as a technical illustrator and graphic designer for General Electric for 18 years before starting his own Multi-Media Company.
