His oldest, Logan, is an amazing individual who is completing his second year of college. Logan is a cancer survivor and his resilience has taught his father the true definition of determination. Logan’s younger siblings are Milo and Eli, who are fraternal twins. Milo is a young lady who is loving and enjoys life. She keeps her lines of communication open with her father, which allows Andrew to be closer to his daughter. Eli has Down Syndrome which makes learning things that comes easy for others a bit more difficult. Though others may look at Eli’s condition as a set back, Andrew and his family have devoted their lives to helping Eli learn and grow. Andrew has learned to be an amazing life coach and mentor through his children. They have taught him to be patient, open, determined and enthusiastic when it comes to dealing with his clients. Through his children, Andrew Barer has learned and mastered the fundamental elements of communication. He is known to have exceptional listening skills as well as effective communication. Andrew has learned to apply what he has learned from dealing with his children and using those tools to help individuals grow professionally and personally.
