BOSTON - Feb. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- The Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) Boston announces that Warren Dibble, Vice President & CFO of Harpoon Brewery will be a featured speaker at the XPX Boston annual Summit on March 19th, 2015 at The Conference Center at Waltham Woods.

“The Progression of Succession” is the theme of the 2015 Summit. Well known advisors and owners, such as Dibble, will share their practical knowledge and experience on preparing for and successfully executing business succession.  Dibble will be participating in a “fireside chat” where he will talk about the “Challenges and opportunities of an ESOP, the right choice for harpoon Beer.”  Other topics in this year’s Summit include growth capital, ESOP’s, internal ownership transition, management and leadership succession and sale. The Summit will run from 8:00 AM-4:00 PM with a reception afterwards.

With offices in Boston, Massachusetts and Windsor, Vermont, Harpoon Brewery is recognized as a premier craft brewing company.

A graduate of the University of Vermont with a B.A. in Political Science, Dibble started at Harpoon in 1989 as a bottler and truck driver before moving into sales and distribution management.  After completing coursework in finance and accounting at Boston University, he became company Treasurer and today serves as Vice President and CFO.

Dibble is a resident of Belmont; he is President and a board member of the Boston Marine Park Business Association and Treasurer of the Massachusetts Brewer’s Guild.

The highly interactive format of the XPX Summit will allow business owners and advisors to share personal lessons learned, tips and tricks, and stories regarding the requirements for successful management transition and exit.
