Premier Sotheby’s International Realty reports increased sales at Palma Sola Bay Club

BRADENTON, Fla. - Feb. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Premier Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that sales activity has increased within Palma Sola Bay Club since the luxury real estate firm resumed its marketing efforts within the community.

According to Judy Green, President and CEO, since December 2014, seven residences have been sold within the Key West-style luxury condominium community, located off 75^th Street West. A total of 15 residences have been sold to date.

At completion, the community will include 207 total residences in 23 three-story, low-rise buildings arranged around two manmade lakes named Lake Lucy and Lake Charlotte after granddaughters of the current developer, Orlando-based Prospect Properties. The community is designed by the Sarasota-based Parker Walter Group. Currently one building is complete and three are under construction.

Many residences offer bay views, and nearly every second- and third-story residence will have a direct view of Palma Sola Bay. Interior features include custom granite counters, stainless steel appliances, sub-mounted sinks, recessed lighting, tile floors and hand-textured ceilings. Each residence includes two designated, covered parking spots on the ground floor of their building.
