You can apply online or print a paper application. Click on "Create My Account" when applying online.

CAM license fingerprint records are good for 90 days. Cost of fingerprinting is $53.50.

If you are asked for the "ORI" number at any time during the fingerprint process, use "FL921932Z". This is how the fingerprinting company knows your fingerprints are for the Florida Community Association Manager License.

You will receive your Course Completion Certificateon the final day of the course verifying your professionalism and your understanding of community association management guidelines. Once approved for the state exam, you will be notified via email that you are able to schedule with PearsonVUE. Scheduling can be completed by calling 888.204.6230 or or visiting PearsonVUE.com. The exam fee is $27 payable at the time of registration.
