McGladrey to Expand in Alabama Through Transaction with Sellers Richardson Holman & West LLP

CHICAGO - Feb. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- McGladrey announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire substantially all the assets of Sellers Richardson Holman & West LLP (SRHW), a Birmingham-based firm and member of the McGladrey Alliance. The parties expect to enter into definitive agreements and consummate on May 1, 2015.

The transaction will provide McGladrey (http://www.mcgladrey.com/) with a presence in Birmingham, making the firm the leading provider of assurance, tax and consulting services focused on the middle market in Alabama.
