Goodwill is hiring part time sales associates and processors, as well as full time shift supervisors and store managers. “Nationwide, Goodwill was recently named as one of America’s most inspiring companies by Forbes magazine,” says Robert Randall, vice president of retail and operations for Goodwill. “We’ Applicants for all positions are advised to bring a recent resume, along with any materials necessary to display their qualifications. Participants should be prepared for a brief screening interview as well as a possible second interview on site. “Believe it or not, Goodwill is one of the largest employers in Lee County,” explains Khedric Cash, Goodwill’s human resources generalist. “You can really grow with Goodwill. Our Southwest Florida team consists of more than 800 members, and we actively promote from within for supervisor and manager positions.” Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, Inc.
