Securities Law Firm, Soreide Law Group, Files the Third FINRA arbitration against Dean Mustaphalli

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. - Feb. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- Securities Lawyer, Lars Soreide, has filed his third arbitration against Dean Mustaphalli and his employing broker-dealer, Sterne Agee, on behalf of clients in Hollis, New York. The alleged victims invested approximately $300,000 of their retirement savings into the Mustaphalli Capital Partners Fund, L.P. (the “Fund”). These funds represented more than half of the Claimants retirement savings. The only understanding of the Fund by the investors was that this investment was suppose to be conservative and would provide them with a safe income stream throughout retirement. The latest statement received from Mustaphalli Capital Management reflected a return of the Fund of a negative -96.2%. This Fund was openly and properly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) during Dean Mustaphalli’s tenure with Sterne Agee. It is alleged that Sterne Agee failed to adequately monitor and supervise their registered investment advisors.
The alleged claims brought against Mustaphalli and Sterne Agee are: Negligence, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Negligent Supervision and Fraud. The Securities Law Firm of Soreide Law Group is still actively investigating this matter and would like to speak to anyone who invested in the Mustaphalli Capital Partners Fund.
